Cooperative Child Care is a nonprofit corporation formed to provide a quality preschool program for children aged 2 to 5 years old. CCC is a “cooperative” in nature, founded on the premise that active parental involvement is an essential element of early childhood education. Every CCC parent is a member of the full parent Board; an Executive Board is integral to the running of the school.

The program at CCC is comprehensive, concentrating on the “whole child,” designed to meet children’s physical, cognitive, emotional, and social developmental needs. Classroom activities reflect the cultural richness of our community.

CCC has been awarded the 3-star rating by the Tennessee Department of Human Services, its highest rating, and is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC).
