Cooperative Child Care is a nonprofit corporation formed to provide a quality preschool program for children aged 2 to 5 years old. CCC is a “cooperative” venture founded on the premise that active parental involvement is an essential element of early childhood education. The high level of parental involvement at CCC is a distinctive feature of our school, and enriches our program in multiple ways. At CCC every parent is a member of the Full Parent Board. Additionally, through involvement in service committees, parents assume responsibilities that include upkeep and repair to the center, arranging enrichment activities, planning social events, fundraisers as well as attending to our financial needs, and providing nutritious snacks for the children.

The program at CCC is comprehensive, concentrating on the “whole child,” designed to meet children’s physical, cognitive, emotional, and social developmental needs. Classroom activities reflect the cultural richness of our community.
