CCC was founded in 1982 on the premise that the best predictor of children’s educational success is the degree of their parents’ involvement. We both welcome and strongly encourage parent participation in various aspects of the program. CCC is run by a Full Parent Board that meets every other month. Each family is expected to attend and has a vote on policy matters. The active committees are:

• Fundraising
• Personnel
• Enrichment (educational programs)
• Room Parents
• Communication and Marketing
