The educational program at CCC is comprehensive in scope, concentrating on the whole child, and meets children’s physical, cognitive, emotional, and social developmental needs. We utilize The Creative Curriculum for Toddlers and Twos and Preschool as well as The Frog Street Press Phonic Curriculum. In addition, classroom activities and celebrations reflect the cultural richness of our community and provide opportunities for children to learn about diverse cultures and ways of living. We strive to design and implement a program that is more akin to a small private school than a daycare center. Our success at this mission can be seen through our many accolades.

In addition to the regular classroom programs, students are exposed to a variety of enrichment activities from the community. Recent enrichment programs have included pottery, music, foreign language, swim lessons through Vanderbilt, and orchestra performances. Parents are actively involved in selecting and sponsoring these programs.

Each classroom has 2 full-time teachers. Each classroom teacher holds a degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field and participates in varied professional development activities.
